PROJECT LEADER

We're looking for a talented and independent Project Leader to be the day-to-day driver of a large scale mixed use commercial project.

The successful applicant would be responsible for managing client and external stakeholders as well as the internal processes through the lifecycle of the project, coordinating external consultants, and reviewing internal design and documentation. This role requires someone experienced and confident in delivering complex, large scale, commercial projects.

The Project Leader will oversee the project programme, resourcing, and project deliverables, ensuring that the project achieves a high-quality outcome and is delivered on time and within scope. 

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

We're looking for a talented and independent Senior Project Architect to lead delivery for a building zone within a large scale mixed use commercial project.

Working closely with the Project Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and external stakeholders through the lifecycle of the project, coordinating external consultants, and reviewing internal design and documentation.

The applicant would need to be experienced and confident in delivering similar complex, large scale, commercial projects, ensuring that the project achieves a high-quality outcome.

This role forms a key component of the broader project team requiring good communication skills, along with the ability to mentor junior staff. 

SENIOR DOCUMENTER

We're looking for a talented and independent Senior Revit Documenter to deliver documentation packages within a large scale mixed use commercial project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear and well resolved documents for design development and construction documentation, coordinating external consultants, and reviewing internal documentation.

They will need to be experienced and confident in delivering similar complex, large scale, commercial projects, ensuring that the project achieves a high-quality outcome.

This position is a key component of the project team requiring good communication skills.

ARCHITECTURAL GRADUATE

We're looking for a graduate of architecture to work on a large-scale mixed-use commercial project.

The successful candidate would be able to work well within a team, be both collaborative and independent, taking design concepts and documenting them clearly and concisely. They will work closely with Senior Project Architects and Interior Designers to produce documentation packages.

Proficiency in Revit is a requirement for this role.
