Who we’re after

ARCHITECT OR ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTER

We are seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Documenter to join our team on an exciting new project encompassing Aged Care, Wellness, Health, Commercial, Aquatic and Sports facilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the project, with responsibilities including the preparation of clear, coordinated and well-resolved documentation throughout the Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases, as well as the coordination of external consultants.

Previous experience delivering complex, large-scale projects to a high standard is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge is essential, including experience with base building documentation, façade detailing, and a sound understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and JV3 compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in Revit documentation is required.

This role is integral to the successful operation of the project team. As such, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a focused and collaborative environment are essential.
